What does joining the list mean?+

We’ll email you when Bubu launches on Kickstarter. Joining is free, requires no payment, and does not reserve a device.

Does Bubu need Wi-Fi?+

Connected features require Wi-Fi or optional cellular service. Final cellular availability, service pricing, shipping, and what is included with the device will be confirmed before launch.

Can I turn off AI or memory?+

Yes. AI conversations and long-term memory are separate, optional choices controlled by parents.

Can my child contact anyone?+

Bubu is designed around parent-managed family contacts, not an open contact list. Final contact controls will be confirmed before launch.

When will Bubu be available?+

Privacy and measurement

We automatically measure page visits, active time, scrolling and interactions, separately from Meta Pixel. When browser visitor measurement is enabled, a random first-party browser ID is stored for a fixed 30 days without renewal. Our server stores a keyed hash, not the raw ID. It is not linked to your signup email or Meta identity. It measures browsers, not people; different devices, private browsing or clearing storage can count separately. Reports cover the latest 30 days. Clearing browser storage does not delete already recorded data. We do not collect form contents or use device fingerprinting.

Meta Pixel automatically measures visits and successful adult signups for advertising. Meta may receive browsing information and use cookies. Our Pixel events do not explicitly include your email address or child information.
